MP&F hires senior communications strategist
Hollie Geren Rapello has joined McNeely Pigott & Fox Public Relations as a senior communications strategist.
Previously, Rapello (pictured) served as senior vice president and director of communications at New York-based Lowe & Partners Worldwide and as senior vice president and director of communications at Young & Rubicam North America.
Rapello has worked on campaigns for blue-chip brands including KFC, Braun, Purina ONE and Diet Coke. At Lowe and at Y&R, Rapello worked with a full portfolio of global clients across sectors, including automotive (GMC and SAAB), retail (Macy’s) and packaged goods (Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, and Campbell Soup Co.).
Rapello graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in communications.
Two join Metropolitan Bank
Metropolitan Bank has hired Tiffany Searcy Wright as a mortgage specialist and Recardo Deel as a client services advisor for its Nashville office.
Wright, with more than 14 years of experience in the mortgage and sales industry, will focus on developing relationships with referral resources and her own network of clients.
Wright received her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Tennessee.
Deel brings 19 years of experience to Metropolitan, focusing on banking operations and excellent client service delivery.
Deel received his Bachelor of Science degree in both business and music from the Free Will Baptist Bible College.
Santi, Craig join Cassidy Turley
Cassidy Turley has added Tom Santi and Elizabeth Craig to the company’s Nashville office. Santi will focus on office sales and leasing, while Craig will specialize in retail sales and leasing.
Santi received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and attended The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, he was tight end for the Indianapolis Colts and a member of the 2009 AFC Championship team.
Craig has been with Cassidy Turley in St. Louis since 2005, working in corporate services. Most recently, she worked in the health care group as a transaction manager.
Craig received her bachelor’s degree from Arkansas State University.
Perlen selected as BLE administrator
The Tennessee Supreme Court has named Lisa Perlen a Board of Law Examiners administrator. She will provide management and support for all aspects of the bar admissions process, including oversight of the Board’s office and staff.
Perlen was with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee for 18 years. She served as chief deputy clerk and served on national court committees to determine best practices for the federal court system.
