Civil Site Design Group adds DeCoster
Sean DeCoster  has joined Civil Site Design Group, PLLC, as a project manager. DeCoster will manage one of the firm’s residential and site development groups.
Previously, DeCoster was a project manager at Littlejohn Engineering Associates. He has 18 years of experience in the design of residential subdivisions, commercial centers and mixed-use developments.
DeCoster earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Washington University. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in engineering management at Lipscomb University.
Sargent, Denney join LBMC
Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain has added Donovan Sargent  and Matt Denney to its Brentwood office.
Sargent joins LBMC Technologies as a network system engineer with a specialty in small business and enterprise technology. He comes to LBMC with over 15 years of experience in design, implementation, administration, and management of information systems.
Sargent is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where he earned his undergraduate in business administration.
Denney has joined the firm as manager in the tax services division where he will be working in a variety of industries serving individuals as well as large multi-national corporations. He comes to LBMC from Deloitte where he served in the business tax services division for seven years.
Denney is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where he received his master’s degree in accountancy with a tax focus.
Centerstone promotes Evans
Centerstone has promoted Stephanie Evans  to clinic manager for the organization’s Gallatin and Springfield offices. Evans previously served as a crisis specialist for Centerstone’s Mobile Crisis Response Team.
In addition to her roles as clinic manager and crisis specialist, Evans worked as a therapist/case manager for Centerstone’s school-based services in Cheatham County.
Prior to joining Centerstone, Evans served as graduate research assistant for the Educational Needs Index and graduate research assistant for the President’s Emerging Leaders Program at Austin Peay State University.
Evans holds a Master of Science degree in guidance and counseling with a concentration in agency counseling and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with a minor in leadership from Austin Peay State University.
McNeely Pigott & Fox adds staff associate
McNeely Pigott & Fox Public Relations has added Tara Knott  as the firm’s newest staff associate.
Knott will graduate from Belmont University in May 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and a minor in public relations. She first joined McNeely Pigott & Fox as an intern in May 2012. Prior to her internship, Knott completed several other internships, most recently at Glass America, where she conducted research and wrote news releases for national distribution.
BBR Music Group announces Findley as director
BBR Music Group has named Mary Forest Findley  as its new director of national syndication and radio strategy for the music group.
Findley has spent the last six years as the vice president of sales and marketing at Country Aircheck, after previously serving as the country record label sales representative for R&R. Findley’s industry experience also includes stints in the Country Music Association’s marketing and industry relations department and in Premiere Radio’s events department.
In her new role, Findley will oversee national radio syndication initiatives for all three labels under the BBR Music Group umbrella.
RPM Transportation Consultants hires engineers
RPM Transportation Consultants, LLC, has added four professionals to its team of engineers and planners.
The firm has hired two engineers, Lee Bogle and Brandon Taylor, as well as engineering interns Tyler Fosnes and Najmeh Jami.
Bogle will assume the role of project engineer with the firm and will work with the RPM team on a variety of traffic studies, safety analysis, and transportation design plans the firm is completing. Prior to joining RPM, Bogle worked as a project manager for a national transportation firm.
He is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He also graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s in aerospace technology.
Taylor is a project engineer with RPM. Previously, Taylor worked with an international consulting firm. Taylor is an expert in roundabout design and also specializes in traffic signal design, highway design and traffic modeling.
A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Fosnes will perform road safety audits and draft recommendations for the firm’s transportation plans. He is a graduate of Maryville College where he received a bachelor’s degree in engineering. He also obtained a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee.
Jami will provide both safety and traffic modeling analysis for the firm. Prior to joining RPM, Jami worked with the Intermodal Freight Transportation Institute in Memphis as a research associate. She is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a master of science degree in civil engineering.
Bell & Associates hires two
Bell & Associates, LP, has hired Elizabeth Goodwin as marketing coordinator and Scott McKinney, who will serve as a project manager within the companies’ transportation division.
Goodwin previously served as the marketing and design coordinator for Mollenkopf Design Group. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in interior design. She is currently enrolled at Vanderbilt University’s School of Engineering where she is working to complete her master’s degree in engineering with a concentration in construction management.
With more than 13 years experience in transportation-related construction, McKinney joins Bell after serving as project manager at AECOM. Prior to that, he worked for Thomas and Associates and the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
McKinney is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering.
