Lovell adds Lilliston as senior account supervisor
Lovell Communications Inc. today announced the addition of Julie Lilliston as senior account supervisor.
Most recently, Lilliston (pictured) served at MSL and Weber Shandwick in Chicago where she developed corporate positioning, public education campaigns and brand awareness for clients. With more than 15 years of corporate communications experience across health care, higher education, technology and government sectors, Lilliston has earned various awards, including a PRWeek award and PRSA Silver Anvil.
“As we continue to expand our capabilities to meet clients’ needs, we’re also diversifying our talent,” Paula Lovell, president and founder of the Green Hills-based agency, said in a release. “Julie’s global agency experience and thought leadership expertise will be an asset for our clients.”
Lilliston began her career in Nashville as a US-2 volunteer with the General Board of Global Ministries at Scarritt-Bennett Center. She also served as a VISTA volunteer at Bethlehem Centers of Nashville managing special events and fundraising efforts.
Lilliston holds a degree in English from The College of Wooster.
Sullivan Branding adds account exec
Local advertising and marketing group Sullivan Branding has added a veteran account executive.
Lucie Bardone  comes to Sullivan Branding — the former White | Thompson agency — as senior account manager. Most recently, she held the same position at Sherry Matthews Advocacy Marketing in Austin, Texas. She also has worked at Ruder Finn in New York City.
“We are excited to welcome Lucie to our Sullivan Branding team. She has pitched multi-million dollar accounts, developed award-winning programs, launched multi-media campaigns and managed day-to-day operations at similar-sized agencies,” said Evette White, CEO and partner at Sullivan.
Sullivan has offices in Memphis and Nashville. Locally, the firm is home to almost 20 people.
Maldonado to oversees sales for Lipman Group
Michelle Maldonado  has been named director of sales and growth for The Lipman Group Sotheby’s International Realty.
In the newly created role, Maldonado (pictured) will ensure that the brand’s network of affiliates in Nashville are fully utilizing the Sotheby’s International Realtyglobal marketing tools and programs and oversee sales activities, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic and performance goals. She also will be responsible for supporting the retention, growth and profitability of the company’s affiliates.
“There is no better candidate than Michelle Maldonado to lead our associates and position us for further growth,” Lawrence Lipman, company founder, said in a release. “She enjoys a long and distinguished track record as a sales director, where she developed and executed communication strategies, negotiated hundreds of sales contracts, and oversaw events and marketing efforts. This experience, combined with her inside knowledge of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand and career as a top-producing real estate agent, uniquely qualifies her for this role.”
Maldonado is responsible for an average of $10 million annually in residential sales and will continue to sell. Concurrently, she has formed a partnership with Ryan Miller, formerly affiliated with Fridrich and Clark. Together they will brand the Miller Maldonado real estate team under The Lipman Group and Sotheby’s International Realty umbrella. Miller has focused on high-end urban homes while Maldonado has extensive high-rise condominium experience.
