A Davidson County grand jury indicted Craig Garber, who is accused of killing three people in a Bellevue home last year, on three counts of first-degree murder last week.
Police found the bodies of Jonathan Culpepper, 14, his mother Michelle Pinkowski, 48, and his grandmother, Marylea Jordan, 71, inside their home on Sept. 2, 2012 . Garber was at the scene and transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with self-inflicted knife wounds.
Garber is awaiting trial at Hill Detention Center, according to the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office. He is being held on $1 million bond.
The first-degree premeditated murder charges carry with them a minimum sentence of life imprisonment if convicted.
